💼 About the position:
Join us as a Tech Support Intern and play a key role in enhancing how we connect with our customers! You’ll collaborate closely with the Customer Enjoyment Team to transform communication by implementing an innovative chat-based platform. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying the best tools, integrating it into current workflows, and training the customer service team to use it effectively. Your efforts will focus on reducing response times, improving customer satisfaction, and driving operational excellence to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Academic Background: You are a student in the final semesters of Communication, Business Administration, or related fields.
Technical Skills: You have basic proficiency in Excel for analyzing and tracking customer service metrics and are familiar with CRM platforms and chat tools such as Zendesk or LiveChat.
Soft Skills: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, are a team player, can manage multiple tasks simultaneously, and have strong problem-solving abilities focused on customer satisfaction.
English: You have intermediate English proficiency, allowing you to read and discuss technical content effectively.

Customer Service Experience: Prior experience in customer service or using digital communication platforms.

💻 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
This involves analyzing customer service processes to identify areas of improvement, researching and implementing a chat platform to enhance real-time communication, training the customer service team to effectively use the tool, monitoring system performance, collecting feedback for optimization, and ensuring the tool's seamless integration with existing workflows.
