About the position

As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for overseeing data analytics, providing insights on available data, and creating tools to enable all organizations at Bright to take daily prioritization decisions to support business growth and increase the efficiency of all teams. 

 

🚀 We’re looking for someone who

  • Indispensable Advanced knowledge of SQL (preferably PostgreSQL).

  • Indispensable has skills in the Data domain, trend analysis, structure, and in presenting the information for understanding by end users.

  • Experience in business intelligence projects, data analytics, or a related field

  • Desirable: basic HTML and Javascript.

  • Excellent logic problem-solving and deductive structure thinking.

  • Use of SW/business intelligence tools and platforms: Retool, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Github, and/or Basecamp.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex data issues.

  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.

 

🚀 Your tasks and responsibilities will be

  • Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy and drive process improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to ensure the department remains competitive and efficient.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

  • OKR 1: Top 3 priority initiatives delivered before the quarter ends each quarter

  • OKR 2: Other key results will be based on the type of projects assigned and the metrics that the project will help improve

✅Salary Range (Depending on experience and skills)

  • $25,000 - $30,000 pesos gross monthly
