Sales Representative

🚀About the position

You’ll work directly with our Regional Sales Manager and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals while spreading solar energy all across Mexico. The position entails explaining energy generation, production, and efficiency to potential customers while comparing their current model and the possibility of switching to solar.

    • Has proven success in sales-related activities/roles 

    • Is extremely data and results-oriented

    • High GPA or another measure of accomplishment like scholarships, experience abroad at a top university, successful participation in extracurricular activities

    • Has advanced excel skills

    • Is in love with startup culture

    • Communicate directly with potential customers regarding the benefits of switching to solar with our different products

    • Obtain referrals from current prospects.

    • Analyze, gather and upload documents needed for customers to “go solar.”

    • For this specific role, your OKR is to hit your goal of approved projects per month
