💼 About the position:
Join us as a Quality Assurance Analyst to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our QA team, and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning the QA team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for ensuring all of Bright’s installations comply with the standards established and internal criteria.
🥇 We’re looking for someone who:

INDISPENSABLE: Has at least 1 year of experience in Energy Solar Photovoltaic.

Has experience and knowledge of the NOM-001-SEDE-2012, NEC.

Is excited to help the solar revolution grow.

Is adaptable to home office work style.

Has electrical installation experience (residential, commercial and industrial) (desirable).

Has the following skills:

Electrical knowledge (intermediate):

Implementation of electrical concepts (Ohm's law, Kirchhoff's circuit laws, etc)

Knowledge of electrical elements and their use (transformers, inverters, ITM, fuse, etc)

Ability to understand technical texts

Detail-oriented

Creativity when solving technical problems

Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables (SLA compliance)

English B1 (desirable)

💻 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:
-
Review and approval of the start-up document for 35% of the installations completed
-
Ensure installation meets Bright's quality standards
-
Ensure that the installation does not present any situation that could cause setbacks during the interconnection process
-
Guarantee that the installation can function correctly during the 13-year contract.

Ensure the satisfactory solution of any setback during the interconnection derived from an error in the commissioning review
-
Support and feedback to installers before, during, and after installation to ensure 100% commissioning approved within SLA
-
Renewal project that guarantees a 30% reduction in the time used for the commissioning review

Efficiency to increase the number of projects per analyst you can handle

implementation of the new tools to improve the efficiency and correct execution of the installations

Prospect, recruit, train, and certify installation partners to execute installations in different states of the republic following the NOM and internal quality standards

Projects w/o CFE or UVIE rejections during IX: >97%

Commissioning rejection rate: < 10%

Total installer evaluations graded with >4.8 score: 100%

Salary range (depending on skills and experience): $15,000 - $17,000 MXN gross monthly salary
