About the position:

This role is crucial to ensure the quality standards in Bright’s designs, including aesthetics, cost-effectiveness, and production efficiency. Also, The Design Inter will ensure the best customer journey for customers in the approval phase by giving first-hand technical solutions and follow-up.

• Is in their last semester of University 

• Is very detail-oriented

• Has electrical wiring knowledge 

• Has great spatial perception skills

• Has the ability to communicate clearly and concise

• Is creative solving of technical problems 

• Is organized and metrics-driven 

• Is an effective team player

• Has the ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables (SLA compliance)

• Is personable and excited to help the solar revolution grow

• Desirable: Experience with 3D modeling and PV software

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Design approval:

  • 100% Compliance of Design Approval SLAs

  • Warranty the accomplishment of Bright quality standards in Designs

• RTVR approval and Technical Visits revision

  • 100% Compliance of RTVR Approval SLAs

  • 100% Compliance of Technical Visit submission SLAs

  • Enable two Top Priority slots for RTVR and design approval

• Design creation:

  • Warranty the accomplishment of Bright quality standards in Designs

  • Ensure redesigns, On site, After, and other redesigns created on SLA

• Procurement cost creation:

  • Ensure that electrical components and installation calculations are in accordance with Mexican standards 

Your Key Results will be:

For this specific role, your OKRs (upon which your success will be measured) are:     

• OKR1: 100% Top priority designs approved within SLA 

• OKR2: 100% Predesigns, redesigns, and post-approval designs  approved within SLA

• OKR3: 3%> Project that requires unplanned material
