Project Finance Analyst

Remote -- Finance

🚀About the position

You will play a key role in maintaining and building upon our existing and new lender relationships and ensuring compliance with lender reporting requirements for lenders to be comfortable in continuing to advance funds, as well as work to secure additional sources of lower cost of capital. 

🚀We’re looking for someone who has:

Required: 

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

  • Knowledge of Mexican financial and accounting laws

  • Comfortable listening, speaking, reading, and writing in English (in that order).

  • Proven history of success in their past roles 

  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced, changing environment

  • A sense of urgency and fast thinking skills; good at solving problems in short periods

Preference will be given to some with: 

  • Robust financial acumen

  • Strong modeling proficiency (excel, google sheets, etc.)

  • Familiarity with DSCRs, CFADS, and sculpted debt amortization schedules 

  • Project finance and/or renewable energy experience

  • A deep understanding of consumer finance and/or leasing 
     

🚀Your tasks and responsibilities will be to:

  • Manage and fulfill Bright’s financial and reporting obligations to existing institutional lenders

  • Become an in-house expert on our loan agreements while working to delight our lenders

  • Ensure lender and internal reporting deliverables are on time, robust, and accurate

  • Work with other teams to ensure our processes and deliverables meet lender requirements. 

  • Organization of legal documentation and reports.

  • 100% of payments made to Lenders on-time

  • 100% of Lender and internal reporting requirements are submitted on time 

  • Document all compliance processes in a clear and concise way
