The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in building our high-performance teams by securing top talent. As a key member of the HR team, you will partner closely with department leaders to identify and attract the best talent. We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is passionate about making the world a better and more sustainable place

  • Is extremely organized and results and metrics-driven

  • Has a proven track record of success and/or being promoted in whatever they do

  • Has proven experience in using diverse sourcing tools

  • Has proven skills in candidate assessment and the use of ATS
     

 🚀Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Execute selection criteria for each position for the top-of-the-funnel applicants

  • Owning the full cycle of recruiting process; from sourcing to offer

  • Networking with partners in order to strengthen Bright's Brand

  • Presenting relevant reports based metrics and helping to design the strategy of the team
