The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in building our high-performance teams by securing top talent. As a key member of the HR team, you will partner closely with department leaders to identify and attract the best talent. We’re looking for someone who:

Has proven experience in using diverse sourcing tools

Has proven skills in candidate assessment and the use of ATS
🚀Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

Execute selection criteria for each position for the top-of-the-funnel applicants

Owning the full cycle of recruiting process; from sourcing to offer

Networking with partners in order to strengthen Bright's Brand

Presenting relevant reports based metrics and helping to design the strategy of the team
