About the position
We are looking for an experienced Operations manager collections manager with at least 3 years of proven experience managing teams in a distributed startup environment. This team handles everything related to the design, approval, installation, procurement, and maintenance of distributed solar photovoltaic systems.
You should be someone with the capacity to make decisions based on data, energize and enable teams.

Your tasks and responsibilities will be

Manage the operations team analysts' and managers' performance and careers.

Implement best-in-class practices and tools to deliver service-level agreements and cost reductions

Iterate current processes to automate them and make them scalable through software solutions.

Report results and efficiency increase projects progress to the executive team.
Your Key Results (upon which your success will be measured) will be

KR1 - Estimated True CapEx (marginal + overhead) within the agreed budget on a USD/watt basis

KR2 - Estimated True OpEx (marginal + overhead) within the agreed budget on a USD/watt basis

KR3 - 100% of SLAs delivered for all processes involving the operations team 0%
