🚀About the position

​

An O&M analyst is a critical part of the post-interconnect process at Bright. Their main objective is to follow up technical visits efficiently: review, evaluate, and properly channel all reports received from installers and solar engineers, and generate diagnoses in accordance with system monitoring. The O&M Analyst must be creative and organized, able to analyze the information in the reports to detect areas for improvement and preventive solutions.

 

🎖We’re looking for someone who…

 

1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field

2. +2 years of experience in operations and maintenance, preferably in the solar or renewable energy industry

3. Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)

4. Familiarity with solar energy systems and their performance metrics (e.g., energy production, availability, reliability)

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills

6. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

 

🚀Your tasks and responsibilities will be…

• Ensure Operations & Maintenance tickets are solved on the established time.

• To gather data and analyze improvements to close the feedback loop with the operations teams. 

• Monitor the performance of solar energy systems and identify potential issues through data analysis.

• Collaborate with O&M technicians to prioritize and schedule maintenance activities.

• Conduct root cause analysis on system failures and recommend solutions to prevent future issues.

• Continuously evaluate and improve O&M processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.

 

🎯Your Key Results will be…

1. Q1 overall actual true  OpEx: <$13/kw/yr (from $16/kw/yr in Q4 2022)

2. O&M delivered SLAs: 100% (from 95% in Q4 2022)

3. Projects without underproduction according to design expected production: 98% (From 97% in Q4 2022)

✅Salary Range (Depending on experience and skills)
 

•  $15,000 - $20,000 pesos gross monthly.
