Logistics Intern - 20 hours per week [PAID]

🚀About the position

This role is crucial to ensure and coordinate all material purchases and deliveries from suppliers to our warehouses and, finally, to all happy Bright’s houses, in addition to finance-related tasks such as budgeting and forecasting. Bright has a unique model in solar in that it doesn’t ask installers to purchase and arrange logistics for equipment - instead, Bright dropships the equipment directly to a customer site and has the installer meet the equipment there. While this is a better customer experience (lower cost, easier to control quality), managing the complete supply chain, from searching for suppliers to negotiating with the directors of the largest solar distributors in Mexico, brings an exciting challenge.

 

🚀We’re looking for someone who

• Is in their last semester of a STEM.

• Is excited about solving problems and creating analytic and data-driven solutions

• Is organized and outgoing!

• Has excellent communication skills and is a team player.

• Has advanced skills in Excel and SQL knowledge (preferable)

• Dropshipping process automation 

• Management of suppliers and payments

• Management of communication with warehouses

• Stocks automation process
   

🚀Your Key Results will be

• KR1: 100% efficiency in equipment availability and 98% equipment delivery on a time

• KR2: Improve SLA for deliveries from 15 days to 10 days

• KR3: 100% updated stocks from warehouses
