Training Program Analyst

💼 About the position:

Join us as a People Ops Analyst to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Collaborate with our People Ops team and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning the team’s objectives with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies and tracking tools to enhance the career development of every employee. You’ll also execute training-related tasks, improving onboarding processes and overall performance together with subject matter experts.  

🥇 We’re looking for someone who:

  • Is proficient in English and communicating concisely.

  • Has the following  skills:

    • Project and Stakeholder Management: Demonstrates strong organizational skills, is oriented toward meeting deadlines, and effectively collaborates with various teams coordinating multiple tasks and deliveries.

    • Data Analysis and Reporting: Enjoys transforming information into useful reports, tools, or dashboards for the management team, focusing on clear presentation and effective communication.

    • Experience with LMS, Airtable, and HRIS (Desirable): Preferably has experience with human resources and training platforms, enabling the reporting and management of training programs.

💻 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Onboarding tracking and reporting: 

    • Coordinate with technical experts the updating of hard skills trainings, generate training progress reports for all positions and suggest improvements based on the results and conclusions of the reports.

  • Career Development and Performance Reviews for employees: 

    • Collaborate closely with managers and employees to identify career growth opportunities and coordinate 360° feedback cycles to maintain high performance in the organization.

  • Trial Periods monitoring: 

    • Monitor and evaluate trial periods for new hires and internal transfers, ensuring policy compliance, tracking performance, and meeting Service  Level Agreements with managers.

  • Host Welcome session for new Brighters and set them up for success: 

    • Lead onboarding sessions for new hires, introducing them to Bright’s culture, policies,  procedures, and key stakeholders and supporting their transition into their roles.

🎯 Your Key Results will be:
At Bright we operate on the Objective Key Results system pioneered at Intel and used widely at Google and many tech companies. For this specific role, your Key Results  (upon which your success will be measured) is:

  • OKR1: Maintain our Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) above 92 

  • OKR2: 100% Onboardings completed in Service Level Agreement  (3 months) of all positions by the end of Q2
