About the position

As a Large Scale Commercial (GDMT) Sales Rep, you will be responsible for understanding the needs of the businesses across Mexico, mapping out the sales process for each, and then determining how our products may best fit in and if they can address those needs and how. You will work directly with our CEO, Product Leads, and direct sales team to achieve our 66 NEW MW installed project goal by June 2025. 

We’re looking for someone who...

  • >5 year of B2B sales experience

  • Loves sales and is incredibly competitive in achieving results

  • Has experience selling $2-10mm MXN contract value with 3-9 month sales cycles 

  • Has a history of consistently beating sales quotas.

  • Is very comfortable speaking English and communicating concisely.

  • Is highly organized

  • Is mission-driven 

    • You have non-profit or sustainability experience (meaningful volunteer experience, studied renewable energy, etc.)

    • You’re passionate about making the world a better and more sustainable place. 
       

Your tasks and responsibilities will be

  • Spearheading conversations with decision-makers and influencers (in a consultative sale process) to understand their needs and explain how we can best fit those needs (energy generation, production, efficiency, and comparing our current model with the possibility of switching to solar).

  • Managing the sales cycle from prospecting to closing and achieving sales quotas for large-scale commercial contracts each month.

  • Provide feedback to our product team and iterate on the product to really achieve product market fit.
