About the position

We are recruiting a full time Analyst for our CE Support team. This role is perfect for you if you’re someone who is looking to grow rapidly and who is interested in learning about Mexico’s energy sector, renewable energy, and how to innovate on operational processes in a fast-growing young company. 

 

In this role will serve as the advocate and ally of our post-interconnection clients. You will analyze clients’ CFE bills to ensure that their system is working properly and that they are achieving maximum savings, and then walk them through the process so that they understand too, answering any question that they have along the way. You should understand Bright’s product well, and you should love solving problems for people so that they can have an amazing customer experience. We are looking for someone highly empathetic who is passionate about providing an amazing customer experience so that more people in Mexico go solar. 

We’re looking for someone who has:

  • History of success 

  • Commitment to making sure that NO client ever has a poor experience 

  • A high level of organization and is able to handle multiple projects at once

  • Concise communication who can be both friendly and professional with clients of all backgrounds

  • Amazing time management skills - you can figure out how to finish all your to-do list in the most efficient way possible

  • A sense of urgency and fast thinking skills; you’re good at solving problems in short periods of time

 

Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

  • Proactively communicate with clients with consumption increases so they can pick the best option for them

  • Create and present system increase proposals 

  • Conduct savings analysis for clients that have received a high CFE bill

  • Analyze CFE bills to ensure that there are no errors

  • Organize technical visits for clients when needed

Your Key Results will be:

  • 18 promoters per month

  • 100% tickets within SLAs

  • 0 decomissionings

  • 25% response rate on TVs
