💼 About the position:

Join us as an Approval Manager to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Approvals team, and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning the Approvals team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for managing the Approvals team, ensure all projects fulfill with lenders' and Bright’s underwriting criteria and suggest and execute underwriting modifications to enable Sales team success.

 

🥇 We’re looking for someone who:

• Has 2+ years of experience in underwriting and managing a team.

• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Can influence other people (understands the dynamics to make commitments with other people).

• Has the following  skills:

  • Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL

  •  interpersonal skills

  • Excellent communication

 

💻 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

• Define OKRs, metrics and new approval processes.

• Ensure compliance for defined OKRs of the team. 

• Update and optimize current approval processes.

• Ensure all projects fulfill Bright's and lenders' underwriting and suggest changes when necessary.

• Execute lenders committee to ensure both lender's requests are implemented and OPS doubts regarding lenders are solved.

 

🎯 Your Key Results will be:

• KR1: Ensure 100% of documents are reviewed and approved/rejected within 2 hours after Sales submission. 

• KR2: Ensure 100% of lenders requests are completed and handled within the deadline negotiated.

• Gross monthly Salary range (depending on experience and skills): $22,000 - $27,000 MXN
