🚀About the position

As the Sales Ops & Business Intelligence Intern, you will be responsible for revamping our sales data analytics and dashboards, providing insights on available data, and creating tools to enable sales and marketing at Bright to take daily prioritization decisions to support business growth and increase the efficiency of all teams.

  1. Advanced knowledge of SQL (preferable PostgresQL) and a plus is HTML and Javascript knowledge, as well

  2. Excellent logic problem-solving and deductive structure thinking.

  3. Use of SW/business intelligence tools and platforms:, Retool, Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, Github, and/or Basecamp.

  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical audiences.

  5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve complex data issues.

  6. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and project management tools.

  7. Graduating in <1 year

🚀Your tasks and responsibilities will be…

  • Support both our direct sales and partner-led sales teams by designing, developing, and maintaining business intelligence tools, dashboards, and reports to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.

  • Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform business strategy and drive process improvements.

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics to ensure the department remains competitive and efficient.

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
