💼 About the position:
Join us as an Approval Analyst to bring clean solar energy to Mexico! Work with our Approvals team, and play a critical role in achieving Bright’s goals by aligning the Approvals team with the company's priorities. You'll be responsible for documentation auditing, underwriting change suggestions, and troubleshooting with Sales for difficult cases.

💻 Your tasks and responsibilities will be:

Project Approval
-
Support the Growth/Sales team's efforts to increase kWs approved
-
100% compliance on documentation check to meet project finance standards
-
Daily follow up to all projects in the approval pipeline and identify opportunity areas from outside the sales department

Be the bridge from Sales to Ops (design, QA, Ops... etc.) by acting fast and precisely
-
Be the bridge between Project Finance and Ops to comply with lender requirements.

Data Analysis

Track Data from database (Monthly, Weekly & daily) regarding all approval steps in order to track service level agreements and propose the optimization of the process

Propose a monthly project that tackles the weakest link discovered in data analysis on the approval process.

See the Sales as an internal customer and understands through numbers how to better enhance their experience to meet kW-approved goals

🎯 Your Key Results will be:

KR1: Ensure 100% of documents are reviewed, approved/rejected within 2 hours after Sales submission.

KR2: Ensure 100% of lenders' requests are completed and handled within the deadline negotiated.

Salary range (Depending on skills and experience): $15,000 - $17,000 gross monthly salary
